Axes at Average Joes is here. To celebrate our new axe throwing range and close out the year with something new we are hosting a Axes & Arrows Holiday Scramble on December 31st. Everyone in the scramble will compete in 3 disciplines, axe throwing, target archery, and 3D archery (foam targets).
Check-in & registration opens at 8 am.

$40 same-day registration
We will start at 9 am with a 30-arrow target round (6, 5 arrow ends) shot on an NFAA indoor target. Archer’s choice of single or five spot target.
After a short break with snacks & drinks, we will move on to axe throwing & 3D archery.
15 axe round. Target point values will be doubled. Red dot = 12 Inner Ring = 10 then 8, 6, 4, & Outter ring = 2. We will not be scoring the blue dots.
3D archery will be 15 targets with 12, 10, 8, 5 scorings.
1st, 2nd, & 3rd place will be awarded for each individual discipline, for each age class, and split by compound & barebow/recurve.
1st place will be awarded for the best 2 of 3 score total.

7-12 10 Yards (3D will be varied distance with the longest shot @ 20 yards)
13-17 20 Yards
18 + 20 Yards
