Our Intro To Archery Class is a great way to learn the very basics of archery. Our Intro League is designed to expand on the lessons learned in that class with the goal that each shooter ends the league with a firm understanding of the basics of archery. Each week the league will feature a 10-20 minute group lesson (offered at 2pm and 6pm on Tuesdays) and staff members will be available Tuesdays to assist you during shooting. Lessons will be geared towards beginning shooters and all ages are welcome to join the league (ages 7+ per store policy). Offered summer 2016, starting July 12th.
During this 5-week league we will cover:
- Weeks 1-3: Shooting technique, expanding on our 5 Steps to Archery Success.
- Week 4: Target Archery Basic
- Week 5: Opportunities in Archery. We also are including a short session in our TechnoHUNT Video Archery Simulator this week.
The base cost for the 5-week class is $50. Basic rental equipment can be added for $5 per week. If you would like to use our advanced rental bows (“hunting style” bows with sights that need to be fitted to your size each week) the rental fee will be $10 per week.
