Callidora
- Specialty: All Things Compound, ATA Certified Compound and Crossbow Technician, Level 3 USA Archery Coach
- Years of Experience: 8 Years
- Favorite Way to Shoot: If I’ve got a bow in my hand, I’m happy, but my favorite is in the woods on a field loop, in extremely windy conditions, or extremely high pressure situations
- Bio: Callidora joined the Average Joe’s family in 2019. Known for her tech skills, she loves helping everyone find the perfect setup. Her goal is to help people fall as in love with archery as she is. When she isn’t at the shop, you can usually find her at a tournament, doing other shooting sports, going to rodeos, or enjoying anything that has to do with cars or trucks.
Deb
- Specialty: Connecting With Youth Archers
- Years of Experience: 7 Years
- Favorite Way to Shoot: With good friends, and 3D walking through the woods.
- Bio: Deb joined the Average Joe’s family in 2020. Known for her creativity and laughter, she loves helping all levels and ages find the perfect setup. When she isn’t at the shop, you can find her reading and gardening.
Ashley
- Specialty: Compound
- Years of Experience: 8 Years
- Favorite Way to Shoot: Target Shooting – USAT, NFAA, ASA
- Bio: Ashley joined the Average Joe’s family in 2022. Known for her willingness to jump in and help, she loves working with youth, new archers, para athletes, and compound target archers. When she isn’t at the shop, you can usually find her reading, baking, and traveling.
Jairdan
- Specialty: Helping Hunters
- Years of Experience: 5 Years
- Favorite Way to Shoot: I love shooting in the woods during hunting season and practicing outside in the spring and summer.
- Bio: Jairdan joined the Average Joe’s family in 2023. Known for his desire to help others, he loves getting new hunters into the perfect setup. When he isn’t at the shop, you can usually find him hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, shooting trap, or participating in robotics.
Asher
- Specialty: Axe Throwing, Birthday Parties, and Introducing People to Archery

- Bio: Asher joined the Average Joe’s family in 2023. Known for his jokes and patience, he loves helping beginners start shooting. When he isn’t at the shop, you can usually find him playing Dungeons and Dragons or learning new skills with his meteor hammer.
