The mission of the Average Joes Archery Pro Staff is to be ambassadors for Average Joes Archery and the sport of archery. As a Pro Staff member, you will be expected to not only demonstrate your passion and knowledge for the sport of archery but also share that with others. Pro Staff members will need to be active in archery while demonstrating and teaching others what makes archery such a great sport and lifelong passion.
Pro staff members will accomplish this through participation in leagues, events, tournaments, and training. While participating in such activities Pro Staff members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, always remembering they are representing themselves and Average Joes Archery. All Pro Staff will sign a code of conduct contract.
The Pro Staff will have several requirements to fulfill. Members will assist with in-store programs and events, remain actively shooting, and members will demonstrate their skills by participating in tournaments outside the store while representing Average Joes Archery.
As the Pro Staff fulfills their commitments they will enjoy many benefits. These benefits include free open shooting, discounts on store leagues, discounts on services & products, proforms (vendor discounts), demo products, tournament shooting spiffs, training, recognition, and awards.

Applications are considered every 6-12 months as spaces in the program open up and we ask for a year-long commitment to the program.
