Average Joes Archery is looking for outgoing, people-oriented individuals to join our team. Our current open positions:
Retail Sales Associate
This person would assist customers with their archery purchases. We also operate a family-oriented full service range and you will need to assist customers throughout their experience at Average Joes Archery. Archery experience/training and sales experience are preferred but not necessary. This position would be primarily an evening and weekend position.
Program & Educational Staff (Range Manager)
This person would help create, lead and manage our archery classes and youth programs and assist customers while they are using the range. A small amount of retail work would be required, but would not be a primary focus. Archery experience and training are preferred but not necessary. This position would be primarily an evening and weekend position.
General Manager
We are looking for a detail oriented person to take a lead role in the day to day operations of our business. Applicants should posses a strong retail background, the ability to guide and motivate employees, and be able to foster a positive customer experience. Archery and outdoor product experience is preferred but not required. This is a full time salaried position and compensation is dependent on qualifications.
